Studio Policies

Welcome to Knowin Visuals!!

Since we want to make each photography experience as wonderful and easy as possible, we enforce the following studio policies for all sessions due to our clients' value to us. Let’s have a great time and turn your vision into a creative reality!!

Studio Use

ALL studio shoots must be booked within 48 hours to assure studio availability. Studio rate is $60/hr. Confirmation emails will be sent once the studio time requested for is granted.

Scheduling

Scheduling in advance allows us to reserve time for you and make your project a top priority. We require a $65 non-refundable deposit to book your session date and time. (Deposit will be applied towards your final total.)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session due to sickness, injury or a scheduling conflict, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your session. However, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time we reserve the right to assess the situation and you may lose your retainer. In the event of a no call/no show you will indefinitely lose your $60 retainer. Cancellations will not be tolerated, so you must reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before said photoshoot.

Respectfully, we also reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, death in the family, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events beyond our control. We will be sure to inform you of any such occurrences as soon as possible and will be sure to reschedule your session in the earliest date available.

Session

Since we want to give each client our full attention as well as their full amount of time, we ask that you please be on time. Although we love our clients to be early, we recommend that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment unless previously discussed with Steven. If you are over 25 minutes late for your scheduled time, Photography by Knowin Visuals reserves the right to charge an additional late fee, or cancel your session and keep your deposit. Please keep in mind that weekend and afternoon sessions are in high demand and although we will go to great lengths to meet your scheduling needs, these sessions should be booked well in advance.

Your session will begin promptly at the agreed upon time.

For all ‘Location Photoshoots’, traveling fees will be included depending on location. Please note this prior to booking! You may contact us to make arrangements and discuss additional pricing.

Attendance at photo sessions is limited to those individuals being photographed, as well as any additional guest of your choice.

Photographers are not responsible to supply any props, or accessories.

Hair & Makeup

Make-up artists and Hairstylists are welcome on set. However, hair and makeup must be done prior to the photoshoot. If a makeup artist is needed then please let us know ahead of time to see if one can be brought in at an additional charge. (Contact us for any additional questions).

Delivery Times

We make every effort to ensure complete satisfaction, because of the uniqueness of custom portraiture and products. Standard delivery time is approximately 7-14 days (all items will be worked on once you approve the images of your choice). If there are any images that you would like expedited then do not hesitate to communicate with us about getting that done. (Prices may vary depending on time frame.)

Payments

We accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. The remaining session fee is due in full at the time of the shoot.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Photography by Knowin Visuals will not offer refunds or rebates for any reason.

Privacy Policy

Photography by Knowin Visuals is committed to your privacy. Information collected from clients in person, over the phone, and in emails are strictly confidential. We will not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifiable information about our clients with third parties, and work to ensure your personal information is secure at all times. We fully understand that some clients want to remain anonymous due to their job or personal life.

Knowin Visuals reserves the right to use any images or custom created artwork for display, publication, studio marketing, or other promotional purposes.
